Elizabeth Tan is a Research Officer in the Climate and Sustainability programme, working on issues relating to land use, cities and women’s economic empowerment.
At ODI, she has developed quantitative and mixed methods surveys, including working on subjective perceptions methodologies. Elizabeth’s other research interests include energy transitions, urban development and sustainable food systems. She has previous experience developing analyses for energy and infrastructure regulatory cases in North America and conducting research on urban economic issues.
Elizabeth holds an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
