Danielle is a development economist who has worked with many African governments to improve the management of their public debt, build public financial management capabilities and improve linkages between public finance and service delivery. She holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Cape Town. Her postgraduate qualifications include Honours and Master’s degrees in Economic Development from the University of the Witwatersrand. Danielle is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Economics at the University of Cape Town’s School of Public Health.
