<p>Chris Hoy is a Research Officer at ODI’s Growth, Poverty and Inequality Programme and has 10 years experience in the international development sector. </p>
He holds a Masters of International and Development Economics from Yale University and during his undergraduate degree was selected as the Most Outstanding All-round Student in the Economics and Business Faculty at the University of Sydney. Before joining ODI, Chris was the country economist for UNICEF Uganda and previously worked as an economist for the Australian Aid Program as well as the Australian Treasury.
