<p>Caroline’s areas of interest include climate change, the sustainable energy transition, land use and sub-national level action for green growth. She also has responsibility for project budgets, reporting, contracts and project oversight in the green growth team.</p>
Caroline is a Programme Officer working within ODI’s Green Growth Team in the Climate and Environment Programme. Her areas of interest include: climate change, the sustainable energy transition, land use and sub-national level action for green growth. She also has responsibility for project budgets, reporting, contracts and project oversight in this area.
Caroline holds an LLM in Environmental Law from McGill University, Montreal and an LLB and BA from the Australian National University. Before working at ODI, Caroline spent two years working for the International Development Law Organization (IDLO)where she gained extensive experience working with developing countries to strengthen law and policy responses to climate change, sustainable energy and natural resources management. She also previously worked in renewable energy programming and policy in the Australian federal public service. Caroline speaks English, German and French.
