<p>Anne specialises in research on policy processes, global health and governance, and in evaluation of complicated and complex initiatives.</p>

Anne is a Research Fellow, leading RAPID's work stream on evaluation of complicated and complex programmes and settings.  Prior to joining ODI, Anne worked for academic research centres and NGOs on multi-component, multi-site initiatives in Latin America, Africa and emerging economies.  Her work has been published in the Policy Studies Journal, American Journal of Public Health, Global Public Health and Development in Practice, among others.
