Andrew Spencer is currently Professor of Tourism focusing on Development challenges in tourism-dependent Small Island Developing States of the Caribbean. He is the former CEO of Jamaica's largest Government Agency for Tourism, the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCo), where he led a mandate for the inclusion of the most vulnerable in tourism adjacent spaces. He holds a PhD from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom
