Adina Sadiq is responsible for supervising the project management cycle while providing support to the Project Manager Technical Leads of the Equity and Social Policy programme. Adina coordinates project output delivery to the allocated time and budget while complying to the donors’ as well as ODI’s policies and procedures.

Adina holds a Bachelor degree in Economics (NUST, Pakistan) and a Master degree in Development Management (LSE, UK). She started her career in 2016 with Oxfam in Pakistan as a Project Assistant for ‘Gender in Emergencies’ after which she moved to UNDP Pakistan where she served as a Young Professional Officer for two years and later as a Project Analyst in the Democratic Governance Unit. Adina has over three years of experience in project management and donor coordination and over time she has developed a deep interest in governance while holding on to her passion for gender, as reflected in her bachelors and masters’ theses on women’s economic empowerment and participation of women in the labour force.
