Adekolapo Adegboyega was the Operations Manager for LEAP, a governance reform programme funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and implemented by the Politics and Governance programme at ODI.

His work experience cuts across private sector and non-profit sector while working in multiple capacities. In the private sector, in his capacity as Business Developer with Promethean Resources Limited, a multibillion Naira Tin mining company in Jos, Plateau state. In the Development space, Kolapo was a member of the management team to setup & implement organizational structure of the Nigeria Climate Innovation Centre (NCIC). He was actively involved in organizing and delivering multiple climate change conferences & workshops and social entrepreneurship programmes such as the Climate Launchpad and the Next Economy Program. He has a B.sc in Economics from Bowen University and an Masters in Business Administration from University of Lincoln
