Adejumobi Fashola worked as the senior learning facilitator on PERL-LEAP. He engaged with teams across PERL to develop their respective theories of change and facilitated the team sessions in the institutionalisation process of learning. He has over 12 years of experience as a private sector development specialist in policy advocacy, public-private dialogue, stakeholder consultation, political economy, investment promotion & facilitation.

He has worked in Nigeria on international development programmes with thematic focus on governance, business environment reforms, private sector development, and petroleum sector reforms. He has engaged with partners in both public and private sectors in different areas such as policy formulation and delivery, advocating on national bills and laws and introduction of reforms to the business environment.
