UK Secretary of State for International Development, Douglas Alexander, has announced at least £37 million over the next three years to establish a new International Growth Centre. The speech was delivered at the final event in ODI's 'Pushing Growth Up The Development Agenda' series, held last night (31st March) in the City of London.
