Side event: "Poverty reduction included in the package? How resorts and hotels contribute to local economic development; examples from Africa and the Caribbean". This included a presentation by Caroline Ashley, Gareth Haysom and Zeph Nyathi to the World Travel Market Meeting in London, pulling together what has been learnt so far from the PPT Pilots and the way forward from here. It was one of four presentations given on the day.
