The project's first roundtable covered poverty, poverty reduction policies and instruments including the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) targets and Poverty Reductions Strategy Papers (PRSPs). It also featured material on influencing policy, developing a communication strategy, key communication outputs such as policy briefs and M&E. Ajoy Data gave an overview of basic approaches to monitoring and evaluating communication work.
