The Commonwealth Secretariat is under continued pressure from its member countries to demonstrate its relevance and place in the international development context. This activity will provide training for all Governance and Institutional Development Division staff on the latest development trends and research in the field of democracy and development.

This training aims to work to increase the effectiveness of the Commonwealth Secretariat’s strategic and transformational work in the Governance field.
