The second West African seminar of ODI's Civil Society Partnership Programme's (CSPP) Regional Consultation was held in Lagos, Nigeria, on 18th March 2005, in collaboration with Development in Nigeria (DIN). The objective of the national seminar was to provide an open forum where policy makers, practitioners and civil society can learn more about and discuss how Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) use evidence in policy processes, and can learn about the new ODI programme which seeks to address these issues.
