Study to present policy options to Small States wishing to develop knowledge based and service industries
This study will present policy options to Small States wishing to develop knowledge based and service industries. It will review the challenges for development of being small, the potential competitive and comparative advantage of different types of small states, and the challenges of developing trade in services generally and in small states in particular. It will include a review of how small states have gone about developing their knowledge and service industries, based on a review of country experiences.
