The aim of this project is to conduct two surveys on the Alignment of Budget Support with National PRS processes: the first in 2007 and the second in 2008. A report on each survey will be produced for the Strategic Partnership with Africa (SPA) Budget Support Working Group (BSWG). This project follows on from previous surveys carried out by ODI for the SPA between 2003 and 2006.
