Recipient decision making about additional aid financing: stakeholder views on effectiveness
Building upon previous work by the Overseas Development Institute, this report aims to unearth governments’ perceptions about the relative importance of currently cited principles of donor effectiveness; deepen our understanding of why these factors are considered important; and identify any other aspects of donor effectiveness that are of importance to recipients but currently not included in international methodologies.
