Promoting change and value for money: the European Development Cooperation Strengthening Programme 3

This programme takes forward the change and 'value for money' agendas in future EU development cooperation, building on what has already been achieved to date.  

It focuses on the delivery of a package of activities to support evolving development policy in the EU, backed up by robust and effective structures and instruments, in order to ensure value for money.
