This project will provide advisory support to facilitate the piloting of outcome mapping into the the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) programmRenewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) programme result measurement framework.

REEEP recently commissioned a review to develop methodologies for assessing the energy, climate and development impacts of REEEP projects. The outcome of this review proposed integrating Outcome Mapping (OM) into REEEP’s current Logical Framework Approach. REEEP will be implementing its 8th programme cycle during 2011-12 and is planning to pilot the integration of OM on a number of selected projects and to evaluate the lessons and experiences to consider further application across the REEEP programme.

The pilot will involve incorporating Outcome Mapping into 4 replication and scaleup projects being implemented in REEEP’s 8th Programme Cycle. The tasks to be performed under this assignment are as divided into three stages; initiation, mid-term review and end of project assessment and recommendations.
