A document providing data for 38 developing countries in the following areas: (i) poverty; (ii) potential for development; (iii) need / aid levels; (iv) country size; (v) governance, and; (vi) presence of like-minded donors. The service was intended as an input into an assignment to provide guidance to Irish Aid on the selection of an additional programme country.
