Within the framework of the OECD Development Centre's research activity 'Empowering people to meet the challenges of globalisation', this project was to prepare a paper on the topic 'Host country policies towards inward foreign direct investment (FDI) in developing countries, and how these policies have affected the impact of FDI on human capital formation'.
