ODI and Care International are implementing a multi-country project to reduce the vulnerabilities of mobile populations to HIV and AIDS crossing borders of Bangladesh and Nepal to and from India. The project is funded by the Big Lottery Fund through Care and will be implemented over a 5-year period till 2014.  ODI has been contracted to provide technical assistance for a  central component of the Project which is research-based advocacy which will create an enabling policy environment.
