Effective Participation by Developing Countries in International Governance and Institutions
To increase the effectiveness of developing country participation in international governance and institutions by:
- Identifying constraints to more effective participation by developing country delegates to global governance and institutions
- Identifying what forms of participation have been more or less effective, to determine 'best practice'
- Assisting the three case study countries (Bolivia / Guyana / Zimbabwe) to make policy changes leading to better practice, and identifying what donors could do to help.
