This project included a broad survey of the 'fragile states' agenda of major bilateral and multilateral donors: what does the fragile states agenda mean to each donor and what are their respective policies, strategies, approaches, and principles regarding aid to fragile states? And a more focused study of Germany, US and UK and their fragile states agendas.
