The aims of this project were to: Fulfil DFID’s corporate reporting requirements; Assess in broad terms the impact that DFID’s budget support programme has had in Sierra Leone; Make broad recommendations on improvements that could be made to DFID Sierra Leone’s budget support programme based on best international practice. This project involved a review of key documents and meetings with key Government officials and Donor Agencies, in particular the World Bank, EC and African Development Bank.
