Dr Anna McCord has been commissioned by DFID Mozambique to provide guidance on the key issues to consider when engaging with developing country governments on the appraisal of PWP/PSNP programming options, key debates and choices, and programming options to consider. The goal is for DFID to provide good quality advice and inputs to partner governments and other development partners, to enable them to make informed choices on social protection instrument choice and design.
