Funded by DFID, the purpose of this project is to help to design a work-stream on aid and domestic accountability for the OECD’s Network on Governance (GOVNET). The project involves liaising with GOVNET’s members, producing a Background Paper to frame the work-stream, and helping to organise a meeting to launch the work-stream.
