a. Analyze the charitable sector in the countries appearing in Appendix A by compiling answers to the questions appearing in the questionnaire attached to this contract as Appendix B with particular focus on   Section B – legal and regulatory context for non profit organisations,  Section C – data availability and Section D – institutional infrastructure.
b. Note the names and contact information for key individuals in a country.
