To assist in a Training Workshop on Applied Budget Work and Analysis with a view to empowering non-governmental organisations with skills that will enhance their participation in budgetary discussions and analysis, and to increase participant's knowledge and skills in the monitoring and evaluation of government policies and programmes in the context of revenue transparency to extractive industry revenues (mainly oil and diamonds).
