Sophie Tholstrup is an independent consultant specialising in humanitarian and climate policy. She is an experienced humanitarian who has worked to strengthen emergency response with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the Cash Learning Partnership Network, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
